Going Direct

Most jobs (80%+) are not advertised, and the only polite and practical way to access the right decision-makers is by going direct.

There are PLENTY of unadvertised opportunities. According to D&B, over 58,000 directorships (CEOs, CFOs etc.) change every month* ... and 46,000 of these are not advertised.

Going direct is simple: Find the decision-makers most likely to hire you and send them a value proposition letter. Don't send a resume for 6x the response rate. Refer to your website for 50x the traction.
