Blended Value Propositions
A BLENDED value proposition includes several
components. You probably don't have them all, but you
probably have more than one.
- Commercial - the tangible and measurable
benefits of your services, measured in dollars and
percent.
- Social - how
you create jobs, retain
employees, build
communities, maintain
professional ethics and
improve the dignity of
human beings.
- Environmental
- how you preserve
natural resources,
regenerate renewable
resources, and eliminate
toxic emissions.
- Spiritual -
how you improve job
satisfaction, build
enthusiasm, foster
individual growth, and
promote tolerance.
- Psychological
- how you motivate
others and create
loyalty through your
leadership style
(democrat, autocrat,
laissez faire), and/or
your management style
(Theory X, Y or Z).
- Your Passion - what you REALLY love to
do - the activities that
keep you working overtime and get you up early. The stuff that fills your
"spirit cup."
The objective of a
blended value proposition is
to create a critical mass
that will achieve and
sustain real value in all
the ways described above (or
in as many was as you can). At
the end of the day, your
blended value proposition
must be efficient,
effective, equitable and
durable.
